Welcome to our Homepage!!! Located at 522 Front St., Fredericktown PA, EBTMA is a wastewater utility that services both Fredericktown and Millsboro residents. Hours of operation are Mondays and Thursdays 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturdays by appointment.
Customers:
Starting July 1, 2023, EBTMA will no longer accept cash payments. Please make your check/money order/cashier’s check payable to EBTMA.
We now accept credit card payments through MuniciPay!! Please click the Online Payment icon on the right to access the payment portal. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Fees do apply. See page for details.
In addition, we now offer AutoPay from your checking or savings accounts. Please click on the Downloads icon on the right to access the AutoPay application. Don’t forget to send a voided check with your application!!
Closing Specialists:
Sewer Lien Letters are $25.00 per parcel. Checks can be made payable to EBTMA and mailed to PO Box 136, Fredericktown, PA 15333. No dye testing is required at this time.

The electric company is West Penn Power (800) 686-0021.
The gas company is Columbia Gas (888) 460-4332.
The garbage company is Noble Environmental Services (800) 437-1759.
